Shipping policy

At Latif Fragrances, we want your order to arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • During high-volume periods (like holidays or special launches), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Due to the nature of our products (liquids), some international shipping restrictions may apply. If we're unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders Only)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office first.

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
